About Us

Thin films are the basis for a large number of technologies and are one of the most important tools for the preparation of novel materials.

Our laboratory focuses on the preparation, characterization, properties, and applications of inorganic thin film materials.
The research covers several materials, such as carbon-related compounds, metal nitride, and metal oxides, and preparation techniques, including both physical and chemical methods.

Research Topics

  • Thin films of carbon and carbon-related materials.
  • Surface modifications of carbon-related thin films.
  • Preparation of metal oxide by Liquid Phase Deposition (LPD) method.
  • Perovskite solar cell.
