ドイツから大学院生のTheo君が日本に来ました。 2010年9月 20日

昨年夏にドイツのフライブルグに行きましたが、その時色々とお世話になった大学院生のTheo君と彼女のカレンさんが日本観光に来たので大阪にも一日よってもらいました。最初の1週間はツアーで関東や京都、奈良を回っていて、その後は個人ツアーの形で鹿児島、広島に行って大阪に寄ってもらいました。Theo君とは彼の下宿で深夜まで話をしたりしていたので懐かしいです。福島にある外国人バックパッカー用のホテルに連れて行ってから大阪城と海遊館に行きました。大阪城は10年か20年ぶりぐらいです。城の中は博物館みたいにきれいに整備されてましたね。天守閣からの眺めは良かったです。予定はしていなかったのですが、海遊館に行きたいというので天保山に行きました。ドイツの南部はアルプスのふもとになるので海はなく、魚は珍しいのでしょうね。その後梅田の阪急グランドビルで和食をごちそうしました。この前のイタリア人のパオラさんは日本食がちょっと口に合わなかったような感じでしたが、彼らはおいしいと言って食べてました。　ドイツではワインの話で盛り上がっていて、ドイツとフランスのワインとかを飲み比べたりしていましたので、Theo君はお土産にワインを2本持ってきてくれました。しかも重たいワインボトルをずっと荷物に入れていたみたいで（鹿児島や広島も巡ってきたようですね）、大変だっただろうと思うと、感謝の念にたえませんでした。 Danke shoen, I missed Freiburg! Last summer was a good memory for me. Cathedrale, Freiburg University, Schwarz wald, grape field・・・・, Everything are good mempries! This time, Theo and Karen visited Japan. They are going around Japan for a few weeks. They visited Miyajima in Hiroshima, But I've never been there...... Anyway, when they came to Osaka, we went toOsaka castle and Aquarium. Actually I've never visited Osaka castle for a long time. So It was a good oppotunity to go to Osaka castle. Castle was much more beautiful than before, and I found that the explanation is written in not only Japanese but also English. I felt that Japan is open to world. Aquarium was also interesting. Evertime I go there, I can find new things. We went to Japanese restaurant at Umeda for dinner.I was worried they can't eat real Japanese foods. But it was no problem. Japanese foods are completely different from Western style, so I guess some of Jpanaese foods are not good for them. Anyway, it was a dood day!
